Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Support members with a wide range of mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana license as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC plus state of residence if not Indiana.
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
• Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
