  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Partner with Regional Sales Managers to navigate complex deals. Lead successful technical Pilots with customers. Build strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Technical Expertise and Communication: Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences. Translate technical capabilities into strategic advantages. Provide technical expertise and answer technical inquiries.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Business Acumen: Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams. Execute Business Value Assessments to anchor business value across stakeholders. Bring a consultative approach to solving meaningful business problems.
