The Lead, Account Management Operations Enablement is a cross-functional role focused on enhancing operational workflows and supporting clinical initiatives within Account Management. This position blends process improvement, automation strategy, training, and operational coordination to drive efficiency, quality, and consistency across internal teams and client-facing activities.
Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, supporting implementation of automation tools, maintaining process documentation, leading design and improvement of clinical operations workflows, serving as a subject matter expert on MPA standards, overseeing development of clinical process documentation, developing and delivering training materials, conducting onboarding sessions, supporting quality assurance, and developing reporting tools.
