Director, Industrial Design

Mission:

• Deliver decisive capabilities for space superiority by building autonomous spacecraft and advanced payloads.
• Inspire and lead the industrial design function to create hardware that performs flawlessly in the space domain.

Why This Role:

• There is no established playbook for space security hardware design; you will define it.
• Your work will be inspected at the highest levels of government and military, with some of it reaching orbit.

Responsibilities:

• Establish industrial design at True Anomaly, owning the design language of hardware products.
• Hire and lead a high-performing team of industrial and product designers.
• Bring design into engineering decisions early to influence hardware from the beginning.
