Job Description
Core responsibilities include leading the integration of design, strategy, and research principles into the product development process. Other tasks include managing the product portfolio, evaluating opportunities, prioritizing projects, and working collaboratively with other Senior managers to allocate resources efficiently.
A successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Content, to ensure coherence across all design, strategy, and research initiatives. The candidate will also partner with the Lead Product Designer to ensure that design solutions are informed by user research, driving engagement and loyalty.
The candidate should leverage insights from user research and usability studies to inform product decisions and iterate on features, conducting joint analysis of user feedback and research findings to uncover actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. They should also be able to stay updated on best practices in product development, technologies, and market trends.
