Job Description
Partner with clinical, operational, and back-office teams to identify high-value AI opportunities. Draft, test, and refine AI agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for workflows such as documentation, scheduling, enrollment, or RCM. Translate workflows into prompts, playbooks, and design specs for engineers. Drive adoption and change management: train users, gather feedback, and measure ROI. Monitor performance of deployed agents and propose refinements. Conduct research on available models/tools and recommend best-fit solutions. Support governance and compliance guardrails for safe AI use.
Build AI workflows for denial propensity detection and claim clean-up. Create HR task automation agents (e.g., onboarding checklists). Partner with Finance/RCM teams to reduce billing lag with AI assistants.
