Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Conversational AI Developer to join our team focused on IVR modernization and migration to next-gen voice IVR / bots. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating platforms like Google Dialogflow/ Amazon Connect. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from legacy IVR systems to modern, AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities include designing and developing conversational experiences using Dialogflow CX/ES; building and maintaining backend services, integrations using Python, Node.js, or JavaScript; implementing NLP and ML models; developing and optimizing prompts for natural and effective user interactions; and integrating bots with external systems. You will also monitor and troubleshoot production issues and contribute to scalable bot architectures.
