Responsibilities:
- Key entry point for all escalations with external and internal stakeholders.
- Be a liaison between Policy Administrators Team Coordinators and Team Leaders.
- Delivers exceptional service standards/KPI’s.
Qualifications:
- Economic studies (e.g. finance accounting or similar domains) - BA.
- Proficient in written and spoken German & English.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail and Quality to produce high quality output.
