Food Regulatory Scientist

As our new Food Regulatory Scientist, you will be part of our global Health Sciences practice. You will join an established team of Product Safety and Stewardship specialists who are committed to ensuring the safety and quality of food and food ingredients globally, delivering key knowledge to a range of Ramboll projects. Your key responsibilities will be to conduct toxicological risk assessments, provide expert advice on toxicological matters, oversee technical data summaries, and assist with the completeness/quality review of scientific data. You will also support members of your project team and colleagues with any project issues they may encounter while providing advice to clients; Participate in food safety audits; Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the current and future regulatory landscape; Support business development activities and maintain awareness of current issues and developments in the field by providing industry expertise when needed during visits to clients, through discussion and responses to new project briefs and administration. Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the organisation in scientific and professional forums.
