Responsibilities:
- Partner with hospitals, research institutions, and CROs to understand diverse clinical data structures and translate them into harmonized, AI-ready assets.
- Design, build, and maintain data dictionaries, schemas, and metadata models aligned with multimodal pipeline requirements.
- Establish and enforce data quality control frameworks and write reproducible Python code for automated data cleaning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, or related field; 3-5+ years of hands-on clinical data management or engineering experience.
- High proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy), with strong experience in Git and reproducible pipelines.
- Familiarity with clinical data structures (EHR, CRFs), oncology immunology domain knowledge, and standard ontologies (SNOMED, ICD).
