Deployment Lead - Fixed Term Contract Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end client deployment execution from kickoff through go-live and post-launch transition.
• Develop and lead integrated Deployment and Change Management plans that align to the client’s business needs.
• Serve as the primary client-facing deployment owner during onboarding, building trusted relationships quickly.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience leading complex client-facing initiatives in deployment, implementation, or change management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and influence without direct authority.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting SaaS, data, analytics, or insights products.
• Familiarity with structured change management or client adoption frameworks.

Success Measures:

• On-time, high-quality delivery of assigned client deployment aligned to contractual milestones.
