Job Description
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help us concept and shape long-form content for some seriously exciting brands and companies. As a Creative Strategist, you will develop and pitch YouTube-native formats, series ideas, and one-off content concepts. You will also guide producers with strong story instincts—reviewing outlines, shaping narratives, and giving clear notes.
Crafting compelling title and thumbnail strategies that drive clicks and deliver on the promise is another important aspect of the role. You will obsess over YouTube, spot trends, bring fresh creative POVs to the table, and help elevate the overall work. You will collaborate across strategy, production, and post production to make content that earns real engagement.
