- Lead and scale the Product Management organization, developing senior product leaders and establishing strong talent pipelines to foster a high-performing team.
- Establish rigorous product operating rhythms and governance to improve decision velocity and cross-functional alignment across the company.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Engineering on technical strategy and scalability, while supporting Commercial and Growth teams with differentiated offerings for market success.
- Represent Product with customers, partners, and investors, elevating member experience across the entire care journey through innovative solutions.
