Dynamics 365 Developer (Remote Opportunity)

Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate). Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables. Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes. Ensure all solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
