RevenueCat is searching for an Engineering Manager to help our Data Team grow and succeed in our mission to put data at the service of our customers, supporting the data platform growth and its challenges and helping create a product that will help developers make more money. We expect our managers to be highly technical. You will have 5+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering, with a track record of designing, building, and maintaining complex, large-scale systems. As a manager, you thrive at mentoring and guiding engineers while actively contributing in technical decisions and when the team needs help.
