• You’ve established unified AI-enabled development workflows adopted beyond your direct area.
• Patient Engagement teams deliver tangible improvements in engagement, retention, and continuity.

What You’ll Do:

• Solve real patient engagement challenges through hands-on coding using AI development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.
• Prototype and build solutions that showcase AI-enabled development practices in patient-facing products.
• Pioneer new AI-enabled development cycles and scale successful approaches across engineering.

Qualifications:

• Solid hands-on experience using AI to accelerate software development with strong judgment on when to rely on AI versus traditional approaches.
• Experience in complex software delivery including regulated environments where quality matters.
• People naturally follow your technical lead because you consistently deliver results and raise the bar.
