Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement graph-based analytics solutions supporting fraud detection and investigative analysis.
- Use graph databases and network analysis techniques to identify hidden relationships and patterns.
- Develop graph models and apply algorithms such as centrality, community detection, and anomaly detection.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience with Neo4j or similar graph database and Cypher query language.
- Strong understanding of graph methods for fraud detection, network topology, and machine learning on graph data.
- Proficiency in Python with standard data science and graph analytics libraries.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting federal fraud prevention or investigative initiatives.
- Knowledge of graph data science libraries like Neo4j GDS, NetworkX, or PyTorch Geometric.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
