Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement graph-based analytics solutions supporting fraud detection and investigative analysis.
  • Use graph databases and network analysis techniques to identify hidden relationships and patterns.
  • Develop graph models and apply algorithms such as centrality, community detection, and anomaly detection.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience with Neo4j or similar graph database and Cypher query language.
  • Strong understanding of graph methods for fraud detection, network topology, and machine learning on graph data.
  • Proficiency in Python with standard data science and graph analytics libraries.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting federal fraud prevention or investigative initiatives.
  • Knowledge of graph data science libraries like Neo4j GDS, NetworkX, or PyTorch Geometric.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
