About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer to support the Solana Incident Report Network (SIRN).
- You will serve as a primary operational resource for incident command, triage, and response workflows.
- This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a practitioner who thrives in high-tempo environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Command & Triage: Serve as Incident Commander, lead triage, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Telemetry & Detection: Develop and tune signals for on-chain and infrastructure monitoring.
- Runbook Curation: Author and maintain incident runbooks tailored to SIRN scenarios.
Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years of security engineering or incident response experience with depth in operational IR roles.
- Experience with Web3 security, blockchain incident response, or protocol-level threat analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
