As an Account Manager I, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with local and regional partners and growing their business with Favor’s platforms. You will strive to become an expert on the various products and tools available. Promoting value through customer experience, you’ll seek to understand the needs of each partner and recommend the products and packages that would most benefit their business.
What You'll Do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing local and regional partners by highlighting the value and return of the Favor Merchant Program through relevant data insights. Troubleshoot and respond to client questions, concerns and requests for information in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current merchants. Identify merchants who may benefit from a higher tier package, or are missing partnered locations, and engage in the appropriate sales conversations or negotiations. Utilize forward-thinking, data driven analysis to assist with overall merchant strategy and impact on the business.
