Job Description

Responsibilities:

Act as Level 2 (L2) support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Lead and coordinate support operations across time zones, ensuring responsiveness.

Contribute to support process design, including SLA structures and metrics definition.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Understanding of JVM applications and REST/HTTP concepts.
