Principal Data Scientist

Rackner is seeking an experienced and visionary Principal Data Scientist to lead our talented and dynamic team. In this senior leadership role, you will combine technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities to collaborate with senior stakeholders. Your focus will be to understand and define client needs in Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). You will ensure our Data Science team has the skills, tools, and resources to solve complex challenges, while playing a pivotal role in Rackner’s growth in AI, ML, and data-driven services. Key responsibilities include leading and growing a high-performing team, collaborating with clients, developing enterprise-scale data science initiatives, driving adoption of best practices, and mentoring talent. The role requires expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and AI techniques, as well as strong programming skills in Python and/or R. Experience with big data technologies, AWS services, and MLOps tools is also essential.
