Job Description
Driving Growth:
-Drive revenue growth by upselling products and services.
-Expanding usage, and increasing referral volumes within the assigned territory.
-Develop and maintain strategic Action Plans for all key accounts.
Relationship Building:
-Maintain strong customer relationships, acting as an escalation point for key accounts.
-Facilitate strategic meetings with director-level or higher stakeholders.
-Participate in industry conferences and local market events to strengthen relationships and market presence.
Leadership and Collaboration:
-Lead, mentor, and coach high-performing Referral Specialist and Account Management teams.
-Collaborate cross-functionally to support initiatives, coaching, and team development.
-Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and execute organizational initiatives.
