Staff Product Manager, Vanta for Government

Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings tailored to customers working with and within the US government. This position requires deep understanding of government security standards and customer needs. Define product strategy, drive the roadmap, and generate insight through collaboration with customers and internal teams. Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and other stakeholders to bring products and features to market, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Leverage expertise in government programs like FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST to ensure our products drive key government initiatives. Iterate based on key metrics to build products that users love, helping everyone understand success for Vanta and our customers.
