Project Manager

Own delivery end-to-end; scope projects with clients and engineers, define realistic roadmaps, break into clear phases, identify dependencies, and keep everything on track through shifts. Unblock teams and maintain rhythm; surface obstacles early, facilitate planning, connect resources, and coach teams through ambiguity so progress stays visible. Translate between technical and business contexts; explain engineering constraints to stakeholders and client priorities to engineers—keep both sides aligned and moving. Build and maintain strong client partnerships; communicate progress clearly, explain tradeoffs in business terms, and flag risks before they become surprises. Work directly with engineering teams on scoping and execution; collaborate on what's feasible, iterate based on constraints, maintain documentation, and move deliberately. Act as trusted advisor on client strategy; understand their protocol, token economics, competitive position—help them think through strategy and level up how they ship.
