Job Description

Looking for a driven, strategic, and high-performing Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint across Australia, focusing on new business development (hunter) and nurturing long-term relationships with key enterprise and government clients (farmer). This is a national role with flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia — though proximity to Sydney or Canberra is a plus. As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with the CEO, CTO, Marketing Manager, and Customer Success Manager to ensure Viostream remains the preferred video platform for Australia's most influential organizations. New Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new enterprise and government accounts. Develop and execute territory plans to build pipeline and close strategic deals. Account Management & Growth: Own and nurture key client relationships post-sale. Drive retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities across existing accounts. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and solution adoption. Sales Operations & Collaboration: Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting. Report on pipeline, activity, and performance to the CEO. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape positioning, messaging, and features.
