Position Overview:

  • Provide known fixes or workarounds for timely customer service.
  • Triage and resolve or escalate service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records using Service Management platform.
  • Assess Impact and Urgency of requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree plus two years IT experience, or Bachelor’s in related field, or equivalent.
  • Advanced technical generalist skills with TCP/IP, Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android.
  • Proven Service Desk experience and superior communication skills.
