IS Preconstruction Estimator

The IS Delivery Pre-Construction Estimator is responsible for developing policies for preparing cost estimates for product manufacturing and services. Responsibilities include assessing the cost-effectiveness of products and services and tracking actual costs as the project develops. The role also involves collaborating with leaders from other departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues, as well as assessing cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentations. This position primarily focuses on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change. The role requires 5-10% travel to job sites or office locations and some physical activity such as climbing stairs or ladders and lifting up to 20 pounds.
