Administer the franchise application and contract process for franchise events such as franchise to franchise store sales, builds, refranchises, and outside investors. Accountable for ensuring compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Disclosure Laws for the Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreements. Initiate DPLLC’s Right of First Refusal and monitor DPLLC’s option period. Review applications, determine eligibility, and coordinate compilation of documents/information for evaluation. Maintain Franchise Legal System database and act as primary liaison between Franchisees, DPLLC Entities and Outside Vendors. Conduct extensive communications with franchisee candidates and franchisees throughout the process.
