Job Description
The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador focused on delivering exceptional talent. They provide proactive communication on the status of searches and serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, offering consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
Responsibilities include leading job scope meetings, reviewing candidates in the ATS, developing recruitment marketing plans, sourcing candidates through various channels, and soliciting referrals. The role involves engaging candidates using various communication methods, preparing them for interviews, and ensuring timely updates. Recruiters assess candidates using phone interviews and skills assessments, influence hiring decisions, and maintain service excellence through compliance and reporting.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and 2+ years of recruiting experience, along with proficiency in Boolean search, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of HR principles.
