Proven Ad Format Engineering includes partnering with Creative Strategists to prototype new ad formats, building ad nests, testing hypotheses across variations, iterating using performance data, & documenting learnings for re-use. Cross Functional Application involves developing short-form and long-form content, adapting content to each channelβs best practices, ensuring brand voice alignment, reviewing performance data, & balancing creativity with commercial clarity.
Motion Graphics & Visual Design includes designing MOGRTs and reusable AE templates, integrating kinetic typography, elevating narrative flow through transitions, and maintaining consistent visual language. Content Performance & Engagement focuses on tracking metrics, linking creative decisions to outcomes, identifying creative drivers of success, & benchmarking content performance. Efficiency & Workflow Management involves delivering quick turnarounds, maintaining organized project structures, handling multiple projects, ensuring smooth hand-off between teams, using automation, & documenting workflows.
