Sr. Director, External Research and Development Operations (Biologics)

The Senior Director will report to the VP of ERAD Operations and be responsible, as part of the External R&D and Partnering team (ERAD), for helping ensure our portfolio companies have access to the absolute best vendors to support them in delivering on their seed milestones. In this role, you will be a part of the connective tissue between our CSO pods that act as co-pilots to our portfolio companies and our external network of vendor partners and CROs. Responsibilities include optimizing vendor outreach processes, managing CRO-associated agreements, and building long-term relationships with strategic vendor partners. The role requires a PhD in Biology or related field with 10+ years of experience.
