Scope of Work:
- Produce deliverables within monthly multi-state social listening and opposition monitoring cycle.
- Cover Facebook comment moderation and response across assigned project pages.
- Build, launch, and optimize paid Meta, Google, YouTube, StackAdapt, and streaming campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years in digital communications, social media management, or public affairs.
- Hands-on experience building and reporting on Meta and Google paid campaigns.
- Proven ability to run social listening and opposition monitoring under recurring deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in energy or infrastructure, or a politically sensitive public affairs environment.
- Familiarity with community engagement and organized opposition in rural communities.
- Experience with NapoleonCat, Agility PR, Looker Studio, Speak4, monday.com, and HeyOrca.
