Job Description

As an Account Director of Strategic Accounts, the core responsibility involves owning and growing a portfolio of H1’s most critical customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives. Aligning business objectives with H1’s solutions to drive measurable value and expand our footprint across business units, regions, and product lines. Ensuring account retention by leading Executive Business Reviews, navigating renewals, and proactively addressing risks to customer retention.

Identifying and driving new business within existing accounts via tailored prospecting, customer events, and networking, along with accurately forecasting quarterly revenue and pipeline for your accounts, partnering with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement.
