• The Marketing Coordinator keeps online menus accurate, complete, and consistent.
• The role handles day-to-day menu maintenance, supports website QA, and manages support tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain online menus in Dutchie POS and Dutchie Ecommerce across multiple locations.
• Audit menus regularly to find and correct discrepancies before they reach customers.
• Serve as the intake point for store requests and customer complaints.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of cannabis industry experience required.
• Comfortable with Excel, data entry, and learning new software quickly.
