Head of Security & IT

Looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Security & IT to build and lead our security and IT infrastructure from the ground up. This is a foundational role, which is critical to ensuring patient data is protected, systems are compliant, and teams are supported with secure, scalable tech. You’ll partner cross-functionally to shape our security structure, network architecture, compliance strategy (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2), and internal IT operations. Key responsibilities include implementing cybersecurity frameworks, managing risk, ensuring timely user-focused support, managing device lifecycle, and designing secure enterprise network architecture. The role also involves managing vendor partnerships and engaging with business leaders to understand needs.
