Team Leadership and Org Building:
- Lead seven direct reports across CorpSec, ProdSec, GRC, and IT.
- Build a culture of clarity and ownership, setting SLAs and runbooks.
- Represent both functions in leadership discussions and translate operational risk.
Detection and Incident Response:
- Own incident response end to end: detection, triage, containment, and recovery.
- Build and tune detections against real adversary behavior.
- Run the on-call rotation and keep runbooks current.
Product Security and IT Operations:
- Own the ProdSec program and partner with Engineering to embed security into the development lifecycle.
- Set strategy for endpoints, identity, and SaaS at scale.
- Track KPIs across ticket responsiveness, patch coverage, and access reviews.
