Job Description

The ServiceNow Global Partner Manager for Deloitte is a pivotal go-to-market (GTM) leadership role, reporting directly to the Deloitte Global Partner Leader. This position is dedicated to developing and executing joint GTM strategies that drive differentiated solutions and industry-specific offerings. Working at the intersection of ServiceNow and Deloitte, the manager ensures that innovation, value, and industry relevance are at the forefront of the partnership’s client-facing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing GTM plans, identifying and launching industry-specific solutions, empowering sales teams, articulating the joint value proposition, monitoring industry trends, overseeing the rollout of joint initiatives, and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GTM strategy, partner management, and a deep understanding of enterprise service management and cloud platforms. This role requires strong leadership, innovation, and collaboration to deliver market-leading offerings that address the evolving needs of clients across industries.
