Responsibilities:
- Define product direction by turning customer support patterns, usage data, and business context into clear product bets across the portfolio.
- Analyze customer product usage and advocate for the end user in decisions, identifying whether efforts should be unified, separated, or repositioned.
- Partner with Operating Company Presidents to translate customer insight into product priorities that drive retention and engagement, staying close to execution.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous inputs into product decisions that led to measurable business outcomes in early-stage environments.
- Experience building or scaling products from 0 to 1, with strong product judgment on what to build or not build.
- Experience working on AI-enabled products or using AI in development, comfortable working with high ownership and minimal process.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Base salary range of $170,000 to $200,000 per year, with flexibility in standard business hours based on collaboration needs.
- Full-time remote role based in the US, with quarterly on-sites in Las Vegas, supporting a comprehensive benefits package.
