Engineering Manager

Team Leadership:

• Lead an engineering team at the core of YAZIO's user experience.
• Foster a culture of psychological safety with a high ownership and collaboration bar.
• Run effective 1:1s, offer direct feedback, and create clear growth paths for engineers.

Technical Strategy:

• Co-own the squad's vision, strategy, and outcomes with the Product Manager.
• Balance speed with sustainable architecture, especially with KMP-first principles.
• Use AI and automation to speed up development, improve testing, and make better decisions.

Execution & Collaboration:

• Create predictable, focused execution by setting up lean rituals and removing blockers.
• Manage dependencies and align on shared initiatives with other squads and the Mobile Platform team.
• Influence beyond your squad to improve how mobile is built at YAZIO overall.
