- Handle a workload split of 90% clinical duties and 10% administrative tasks.
- Operate with full control over scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Hold an independent license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) for mental health counseling.
- Demonstrate ability to provide therapy services in Spanish.
- Possess strong technology skills and acquire necessary professional liability insurance.
- Preferred: 2+ years of counseling experience and dual state certification.
