Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will support the design and optimization of our client’s major partner incentive program. The Data Analyst will assist the Lead Data Analyst in building complex business models, analyzing large datasets, and running scenario analyses to evaluate different incentive options. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work effectively with business stakeholders, adapting analyses based on feedback and changing requirements. They thrive in environments with large data sets and evolving program goals. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining complex business models aligned with program needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and refine analyses.
