Job Description

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be a seasoned individual contributor supporting a variety of clients at various stages of relationship and engagement development. The individual will work with external and internal teams to deliver B2C and B2B marketing programs and advisory services that are designed to grow our client’s business and drive incremental revenue. This role requires collaborating with Marketing Services Business Development and cross-functional business partners to develop marketing strategy recommendations. Serving as a payments marketing subject matter expert on behalf of Clients involves identifying and developing scalable marketing frameworks to improve speed to market and ensure work product consistency. The role provides marketing thought leadership and project management skills to develop and implement marketing programs, while also serving as a Marketing Services Delivery escalation point of contact. Nurturing and growing client relationships, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager also requires authority in multiple marketing disciplines and deep payments knowledge. The ideal candidate will have agency experience, be skilled at building relationships, and possess the aptitude to think creatively for tangible business results.
