Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end production across video, photo, audio, and emerging formats.
- Build, evolve, and enforce production workflows, templates, and standards that scale.
- Lead all production for the in-house creative department.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of production experience.
- Experience building and scaling production systems, workflows, and teams within an in-house creative environment.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of end-to-end production, including budgeting, scheduling, and crew management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The pay range for this role is $180,000-$190,000 yearly plus a performance based bonus.
- 144 hours of accrued vacation time to start keep our pirates rested.
