Director, Quality of Earnings

The Director, Quality of Earnings (QoE) will join the Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis (Strategic FP&A) practice. This role involves supporting the growth and delivery of QoE engagements, providing analytical and technical accounting insights to evaluate business performance and sustainability. The ideal candidate possesses diverse experience as an accounting and financial professional, with experience in executing QoE analysis and expertise in FP&A, technical and operational accounting, and data reconciliation.

You will lead QoE analyses, review revenue streams, working capital, and expense structures, conduct financial statement analysis, and assess earnings sustainability. You will also develop and maintain QoE work programs and reporting packages. The role involves refining the QoE methodology, expanding FP&A capabilities, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. The Director will also contribute to internal training programs and participate in business development activities.
