The Growth Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and optimization of our Paid Social channels, with opportunities to expand channel expertise, to help scale our overall marketing program. This person will partner with internal and external teams to ensure that each marketing channel aligns with current business and marketing needs.
This role will involve cross-functional communication between Marketing, Brand, Creative, Tech, and Merchandising teams. Responsibilities include supporting the Digital Marketing teamβs strategy, managing campaign operations of Paid Social marketing channels, executing campaign and creative builds in-platform, collaborating with creative partners, owning ad creative request submissions, and implementing testing initiatives. The coordinator will also analyze campaign performance, research the competitive landscape, and partner with teams across the business to support new initiatives.
