Job Description
Lead the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM systems, including infrastructure patching, code changes, and user authentication, authorization, and access control. The role leverages automation and AI to continuously improve manual processes related to IAM, making decisions aligned with strategic pillars and focusing on end-user experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing systems and processes. Monitor and analyze IAM system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes by meeting and exceeding the KPI’s and OKR’s for the team. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to identity and access management including but not limited to SOX and PCI.
