Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of an AI solution that allows users to ask business questions using natural language (English and Spanish).
  • Assist with connecting and querying service inventory and billing/order databases.
  • Contribute to chatbot development capable of answering basic operational and service questions.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Documented understanding of current data sources and processes.
  • Contributions to an AI agent capable of answering basic service and billing questions.
  • Clearly documented solution approach and initial proof-of-concept support.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Coursework or foundational knowledge in: Python programming, SQL and database fundamentals, Data modeling and schema design, NLP or LLM concepts.
