Senior Manager Data Science

You will lead a team of data scientists in developing and optimizing recommendation engines using advanced machine learning techniques. Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Drive the implementation of machine learning models into production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Establish and maintain best practices for MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Perform hands-on Python and PySpark coding to prototype, test, and deploy machine learning solutions. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure high standards of software engineering practices within the team.
