Data Analyst (Healthcare Technology)

As a Data Analyst at Salvo Health, you’ll play a central role in transforming complex, sometimes disparate data into clean, insightful reports and models that drive decisions across the organization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in growth, operations, care delivery, product, finance, and partnerships to deliver reporting, analysis, and data models that support patient outcomes, team performance, acquisition efforts, and revenue cycle management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on data cleaning, exploration, and cross-functional problem-solving. You'll help build the foundation for how Salvo understands its business and scales its impact. Responsibilities include transforming and unifying data from multiple sources, defining and tracking KPIs, building and maintaining Metabase dashboards, maintaining and evolving the underlying data architecture, designing and testing predictive models, analyzing patient journeys, and championing data quality.
