Job Description

Customer Onboarding:

-Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of US-based enterprise and mid-market customers.

-Architect scalable, API-driven solutions that integrate with HRIS, ticketing, cloud systems, and other enterprise platforms.

-Translate complex customer use cases into viable technical solutions using low-code/no-code tools, integrations, and process workarounds.

Technical Expertise:

-Design and customize workflows to align with unique compliance and operational requirements.

-Hands-on experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, and tools such as Postman for testing and validating data flows.

-Operate effectively in ambiguous or undefined project environments, delivering outcomes with minimal oversight.

Collaboration:

-Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to co-create solutions and provide customer feedback that shapes product evolution.

-Serve as the customer advocate, representing their needs to internal teams and ensuring alignment between expectations and deliverables.

-Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
